Q: Do EECA has the facilities to meet big events ?
A:  Yes, EECA has 3 main auditoriums with many facilities and exhibition space of more than 1800m2 as well as a press centre and more than 40 offices for the use of organizers .

Q: Is there a parking available ?
A:  Yes, 1000 cars

Q: What are our working hours ?
A:  The Official working hours for EECA staff is from 9:00am to 3:30pm , five days a week (Sunday - Thursday) . Events working hours are flexible according to events organizers.

Q: Should events be booked well in advance ?
A: Yes,because EECA should check availability,then send confirmation for your requirements .

Q: Dose EECA - provide technical assistance ?
A:  Yes , EECA has its own technicians who can assist you when you organize your event .

Q: what language are spoken by EECA staff ?
A: Arabic is the main spoken language but many of the staff speak english and some of them speak French .

Q: Does EECA operate all year round ?
A: EECA is operating 365 days per year .
