He has held several Advisory Positions in Government as a Senior Advisor to the Minister of Industry & Foreign Trade for Parliamentary Affairs, served as a Senior Advisor to the Minister of Finance for Parliamentary Affairs and Ministerial Committees, in addition to serving as a Senior Economist, Technical Office of the Minister of Economy & Foreign Trade.
Minister Plenipotentiary / Essam Elnaggar was Commercial Counsellor- Head of the Commercial Office, Embassy of Egypt in Warsaw, Poland, Furthermore Commercial Diplomat, ECS Office, Embassy of Egypt in Pretoria, South Africa and Morocco.
He has a degree in Economics & Political Sciences, Harvard Kennedy School of Government KSG, Fellowship Program ‘Senior Managers in government and Law Making and Budgetary Process in the Parliaments of USA, Canada and France.
